Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the jaiy9 website (jaiy9.lat), mobile application, and all its sub-services.
• "User" means any person who has registered on the jaiy9 platform and is using its services.
• "Account" means a user's personal registered profile.
• "Bonus" means any promotional or welcome benefit offered by jaiy9.
• "Wagering" means the condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Deposit" means funds added to an account by the user.

Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the jaiy9 platform, a user must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. jaiy9 reserves the right to verify age at any time. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is prohibited. If duplicate or multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and the funds in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

Providing complete and accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false information is a serious violation and may result in account suspension or cancellation. If any personal details change, the jaiy9 support team must be notified immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The jaiy9 platform currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — this limit applies to all payment methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The withdrawal method must always match the deposit method used.

3.3 Transaction Verification

jaiy9 reserves the right to verify identity before processing any transaction. A national identity card or other documents may be required if needed. If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected, jaiy9 may place a hold on them.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jaiy9 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 will earn you the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing your total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance — the wagering requirements must be met first.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• jaiy9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• While one bonus is active, other bonuses may not apply.

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

jaiy9's VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits. You can advance to higher tiers by playing more.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback is calculated automatically each week and credited to eligible accounts. jaiy9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits without prior notice.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on jaiy9 are accepted under valid rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of an internet disconnection or technical issue, jaiy9 will determine the outcome based on the game log.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Each market's own rules apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though rules for specific markets may differ. Fraudulent betting or involvement in match fixing is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games are operated using a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game outcomes are not predetermined. jaiy9 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair play.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaiy9 platform:

• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Placing bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Money laundering or depositing and withdrawing illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or technical systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.

If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
